Here are a few pictures from our wonderful trip through Wine Country. We spent the first night in Solvang (Holiday Inn Express so we would be smart for the rest of the trip), then spent night #2 in Pismo Beach at the Pismo Beach Hotel right by the Pier. What a unique hotel - built in 1937 and kept functionally the same (even the original old-time close door/close gate elevator!) And a full jacuzzi was just the ticket after a rather chilly ride up the Pacific Coast Hwy to Ragged Point Inn and some Elephant Seal watching. Fun trip, wonderful riding, good gambling, great food - WOW! Here a few pics....more tomorrow.
