Tracey and I made our first ride together since the unbelievable Laughlin trip last September (if you haven't read about it, check out the TEN chapters describing it in earlier posts here).
Anyway, the title of this post comes from our 3800-mile trip to Kansas City last Father's Day. Each morning when Tracey woke up, she'd say, "It feels like Christmas morning again ---- we get to ride!!!" Needless to say, the Laughlin trip was akin to that 3rd grader telling ya that Santa's not real (10th grader for some I guess).
Well, we went for a nice, easy ride around Palos Verdes this past Sunday and then out to breakfast. We got home and Tracey's ready to go again stating, "I didn't realize how much I missed her." Ahhhh, all is right with the world now...my wife and my girlfriend are once again BFF's.
